Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We currently ship across India. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be calculated and shown at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package to your doorstep.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

Kai is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging, and we will process a claim on your behalf.
